Members must retain documentation for all Structured learning activities for two years after the reporting period ends. A random audit of 3% of members is conducted following each cycle. Audited members must provide supporting documentation within 30 days. Inconsistencies may result in the removal of hours or a finding of non-compliance.
Members who are not compliant by July 1, 2026 will receive a $750 non-compliance fee and may be subject to cancellation proceedings unless all requirements are fulfilled within the prescribed timeline.

AANB conducts random audits of approximately 10% of members at the end of each cycle. Members selected for audit will be required to provide documentation confirming the accuracy of their transcript. Inconsistencies or incomplete documentation may result in transcript adjustments.
Members who meet all CE requirements will receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of the cycle.
